Do you connect to my Shopify account?
The free audit crawls your public storefront — the same way Google does — so it needs no app install or permissions. For deeper, more accurate audits you can optionally connect your Shopify store, which requests access you approve in Shopify and can revoke anytime by uninstalling.
What happens when I upgrade to Pro?
All 5 fixes for this week unlock immediately — including fixes 4 and 5 that were locked — with AI-generated step-by-step instructions. Your next audit runs the following Monday at 6:00 AM PT.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click in Settings opens your billing portal (Stripe for web users, Shopify admin for app-store users). And if you cancel within 14 days, we refund every penny.
Is this just a one-time scan, or ongoing?
